Roseline H. Marston succeeded the firm’s founder and first
president, Anne Marble, in 2005. Having served as Executive Vice
President for the previous three years, Roseline demonstrated
the leadership required to coordinate with A.D. Marble & Company’s
five offices in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey, presently
with nearly 100 employees, and to manage the challenges faced
by the firm’s rapid growth, averaging over 25% annually
in the past five years. As President, Roseline is responsible for the functions and operations
of the company, including marketing and market development, budgeting
and meeting of revenue goals, building and maintenance of client
relationships, quality and timing of products, and the development
of employees. From San Juan, Puerto Rico, Roseline came to the United States
in 1987 to attend college at Cornell University, where she received
a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She later received a Master’s
Degree in Coastal Zone Management at Nova Southeastern University
in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In addition to being involved with
the Society of Women Environmental Professionals, she is a member
of the Society of American Military Engineers, the Pennsylvania
Association of Environmental Professionals, the Associated Pennsylvania
Constructors, the American Consulting Engineers Council, and the
National Association of Female Executives. She is also a board
member for Congress de Latinos Unidos, headquartered in West Philadelphia.

Peter J. Dodds is an environmental professional with more than
20 years in the transportation industry. This background provides
him with a thorough understanding of the laws, regulations, and
procedures related to environmental studies, the integrated NEPA/404
process, and mitigation design. He also has extensive agency coordination
and public participation experience. His areas of expertise include
the NEPA/404 process, including the preparation of Environmental
Impact Statements (EIS), Environmental Assessments (EA), and Categorical
Exclusion Evaluations (CEE). Pete has also assisted in the preparation
of the “purpose and need” sections of the environmental
documents and Major Investment Studies (MIS) and has been involved
with the preparation of section 4(f) evaluations. As part of the
transportation project development process, Pete has managed environmental
studies that included socioeconomic evaluations, environmental
justice, natural resources, cultural resources, air/noise evaluations,
and hazardous waste. Pete has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Eastern Connecticut State College
and an Master of Science Degree in Entomology from the University of Connecticut. In
addition to the National Association of Environmental Professionals,
Pete is involved with the North American Benthological Society,
the Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Professionals, and
is an Associate on the Transportation Research Board.

In his role as Vice President, Jason C. Vendetti oversees multiple
technical groups and is responsible for the project management
of a number of high profile projects throughout the company.
As Vice President, he will also sit on the firm’s Executive
Group, which oversees the company’s growth, management,
and operations. Jason, who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Biology from Kutztown
University in Pennsylvania, is experiened in conducting natural
resources studies and has prepared in excess of 100 NEPA environmental
clearance documents. He has worked on numerous public and private
sector projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has conducted
and managed all aspects of wetland investigations, planning, socioeconomic
and Section 106 studies. Jason is experienced with all
levels of agency coordination and has successfully obtained environmental
clearance and state and federal permits for high profile projects. Jason is a licensed Professional Wetland Scientist and
is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Association of Environmental
Professionals.

Edward F. Troy, who has over 30 years of accounting experience,
was named Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of A.D. Marble &
Company in 2000. Ed, who has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Albright College,
is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of
financial and accounting system controls and standards. Additionally, Ed works with the Executive Group and senior management
to assess business risks and develop procedures to ensure that
A.D. Marble & Company meets its fiduciary responsibilities.

In her role as Vice President, Jessica M. Klinefelter oversees A.D. Marble & Company’s Maryland office. She provides direction for marketing/business development activities for the Maryland market and oversees staff workload and development. In addition, Jessica manages complex, high-profile projects involving wetland mitigation, stream restoration, community impact assessments, noise barrier design, cultural resource evaluations, permitting, and NEPA documentation. Jessica is active in the engineering and environmental community and was voted WTS-Baltimore Chapter’s Member of the Year in 2008. She is a Wildlife Biologist/Senior Environmental Scientist with technical experience in natural resources studies and environmental documentation for a variety of transportation projects. Her areas of expertise lie in wildlife habitat assessments, rare threatened and endangered species surveys, and NEPA compliance. As a certified Bog Turtle Surveyor, she has conducted searches for this federally threatened species throughout many Mid-Atlantic states. Jessica also has strong working experience with wetland studies and permitting, public involvement, environmental justice, community impact assessment, Section 106 compliance, and Secondary and Cumulative Effects Analyses. Jessica, who has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Ithaca College, and a Master of Science Degree in Wildlife/Fisheries Biology from Frostburg State University, is also an Certified Wildlife Biologist with The Wildlife Society.

Kenmeth E. Stockert, a Senior Environmental Scientist/Planner who has
16 years experience conducting and managing a full range of NEPA
documentation and natural resource studies, manages the A.D. Marble
& Company Pittsburgh office. His experience includes managing
several EISs for major highway projects as well as a number
of CEEs for various types of roadway improvements. Ken has worked extensively on NEPA subject matters, including
Public Participation, Alternatives Analysis, Needs Statements,
and Section 4(f) evaluations. He has also managed studies for
farmland assessments, socioeconomic evaluations, cultural resources,
hazardous waste, and noise and air impacts. Ken, who has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University, has extensive experience in managing and conducting
a full range of natural resource studies. He has participated
in studies from remote sensing inventories through compensatory
mitigation. He has conducted agency coordination activities for
all aspects of these studies, including methodology development,
impact presentation, and mitigation commitments. Natural resources
subject matter has included wetlands, streams, terrestrial habitat,
and various species of special concern. Additionally, as an adjunct instructor at the Community College
of Allegheny County, Ken developed and instructed a training course
in the Identification and Delineation of Wetlands. The course
curriculum included both technical and regulatory information,
as well as extensive field training.

Jeffrey A. York, Federal Program Director, manages the marketing
efforts and the company’s presence and development in the
federal sector. Along with his marketing duties, Jeff is an expert
in the environmental clearance process and has worked on projects
involving all aspects of the natural, cultural, and socioeconomic
resources. He has completed numerous tasks/documents such as NEPA
documents, wetland and waterway investigations, noise impact studies,
Section 4(f) Evaluations, and other transportation-related projects.
Jeff is experienced in public involvement and agency coordination
and has successfully managed numerous high profile projects through
the environmental clearance process. Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in both Biology and Environmental
Resource Management from Penn State University, and has been with
the firm for over nine years as an environmental scientist and
project manager. His professional affiliations include the Society
for American Military Engineers and the Pennsylvania Association
of Environmental Professionals.
