2018 ESOP Association, Annual Award for Communications Excellence (AACE)
Employee Ownership Month (EOM) Poster Competition
We were very pleased and excited to learn our poster entry receive this annual award. The creative challenge was to convey both employee ownership and the ESOP concept. Staff members contributed poster ideas, and the symbolism of building a path was the clear choice. We also wanted a design that reflected our belief in teamwork, the hands-on nature of our company, and the solid fieldwork that underpins many aspects of our services. LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR CULTURE.

Honorable Mention, Website Category
Redesigning our company website was an essential and exciting part of our company rebranding process, which began in 2016. We had evolved from a small wetlands firm into a significant competitor in the AE industry, and we needed a website that showcased the depth of our experience, our variety of projects, our well-honed services, and our expanding presence in multiple markets. We hope you enjoy exploring our new site as much as we enjoyed making it.
