A.D. Marble has worked with the Navy throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) Area of Responsibility. In the last ten years, we have worked on over 20 projects at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, including preparing Historic American Buildings Survey/Historic American Engineering Record/Historic American Landscapes Survey (HABS/HAER/HALS) documents and Maine Historic Building/Engineering Records as mitigation for project impacts, as well as character-defining features memos and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) consultation packages. We have also prepared environmental assessments for several installation projects. In addition, we have experience working on projects throughout the NAVFAC MIDLANT Area of Responsibility, including at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) Detachment Cutler, Maine; Naval Submarine Base, New London, Connecticut; Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island; Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia; and Norfolk and Naval Support Activity Crane, Indiana.
