Colleen Meiswich is a senior project manager and environmental scientist experienced in managing projects that involve bridge replacements, roadway widening, and corridor studies. Her projects have included, but not been limited to: NEPA documentation, CEEs, EAs, environmental overviews, Section 4(f) evaluations, wetland reports, Phase I ESAs, noise and air studies, threatened and endangered species surveys, historic structure surveys, determination of effect reports, Memoranda of Agreement, Phase I and II archaeological surveys, and Phase III data recoveries. She is also responsible for attending status and public meetings, agency coordination, internal coordination, managing projects, and supervising staff. Ms. Meiswich holds a Master of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Science from Marywood University.
